Hello my dears! It’s 12/12 again so its time for a new cycle to start!
The number 12 signifies completion since there are 12 months in a year, 12 signs in the zodiac, 12 is at the end of the numerology spectrum etc. Every year on 12/12 a portal opens and we all feel it, no matter how sensitive we are. This is because it has the power of 12, doubled. We will discover parts of ourselves that we have not seen for a very long time because it is during this portal that we will become more aware of the collective consciousness.
The 12/12 portal triggers true transformation, bringing about new relationships of all kinds forcing us to focus on the changes made in our life that bring about true spiritual growth. As long as we are moving forward on our respective paths and not looking/holding ourselves back, there is nothing that can stop us as long as we’re keeping our goals realistic.
Now is the time we should really be trusting our gut (as we should be all the time but especially now) even though things might seem a little bit crazy. It will guide you down the path you need to be on. We should also take this time to celebrate everything we’ve done this past cycle and what is yet to come.
Now is the time to turn over a new leaf or wrap up certain stages in your life and start anew. Start moving forward onto bigger and better things! YOU GOT THIS LOVELIES!! I BELIEVE IN YOU!!!
I’m currently on vacation in Fort Myers, Florida and there is this super adorable metaphysical shop called the Mystical Moon not too far from where I am staying. Stopped in the other day and picked up a new Oracle deck for myself called “Postcards from Spirit” by Colette Baron-Reid. It is so wonderful.
She states in the booklet, “On the other side of the veil is a sacred place–an invisible yet vital dimension within the vast, loving consciousness called Spirit. Here is where your loved ones who have passed on, you ancestors, your spirit guides, and your guardian angels communicate with one another, sharing wisdom and love. Call on any of them, and these benevolent entities within Spirit will respond with gentle guidance and reminders that you are under divine direction and divine protection and always loved for who you are unconditionally.
Together these loving beings of light know about every aspect of your life’s journey. They can see what you cannot: that you, a unique and beautiful soul, came into human form to have certain experiences, and you forgot how life could be as challenging and even painful at times as it is joyful, peaceful, and even miraculous at other times.” “…I hope that using these oracle cards is like opening your mailbox to be delighted by an unexpected postcard inside with a message just for you.”

We know everything in the universe is perfect even in its flaws, and we view the creations of Spirit in total awe. All is unique yet part of a unity of existence. But the human experience is a little different from ours. You tend to have a specific standard for what you consider ideal, and this isn’t serving you right now. So forget your idea of perfection and see through our eyes, allowing things to be as they are, without judgment. Don’t wait until a perfect moment or mood to start something, instead, enter life will all its “flawsomeness.” You are exactly where you’re supposed to be. Let others be who they are too: imperfect and human, complex or simple. It doesn’t matter, for there is always something to discover, experience, and love. When you drop the need for an ideal, you uncover the real treasure, which will be far more interesting and valuable.

So it has been a long time since my last post. I’ve been at a loss for what to write about and been really stressed out and just down in the dumps lately. After thinking about it for awhile, I decided that was exactly what I needed to write about.
Empath Burnout.
If you’ve read my post about Empaths, you’ll know that empathic people are extremely sensitive to the energy of the world. There have been so many awful things happening in the world lately that it’s easy to feel entirely overwhelmed and helpless. There are a few signs of Empath Burnout to be aware of and I’ll explain how to work towards healing yourself.
1. Your empathy has been replaced by numbness. A sudden lack of compassion or empathy towards your surroundings is a sure sign of burnout.
2. Emotional and mental exhaustion. This can make you feel overwhelmed and emotionally drained. Can also make your responsibilities and problems feel impossible to overcome. You may feel trapped in this situation and that you can’t do anything about it. Physical signs can include body aches, fatigue, headaches, upset stomach, or insomnia.
3. Hypersensitivity to emotional scenes in media. There is often an emotional price to be paid when a highly sensitive person is overly immersed in different types of media. This includes social media so please be aware of what people and pages you follow. Do a purge if necessary, you can always refollow pages at a later date.
4. Issues with intimacy. Your personal relationships can suffer when you have become numbed to your surroundings. When you can’t process the emotions of your loved ones due to the numbness experienced during Empath Burnout, you appear to become cold and unfeeling to them.
Empath burnout wears you down over time and leaves you feeling drained. All of the horror stories we see everyday in the media end up feeling like steel wool on our life-force. So how do we heal from all this secondary trauma and start feeling like ourselves again?
1. Simply being aware of Empath Burnout is the first step towards healing. Knowing that you are not crazy or weak will kick-start the healing process. When you understand your empathic nature and realize how deeply you are being affected, just acknowledge that the feelings of pain and trauma are not truly yours.
2. Make sure you are caring for yourself. It’s an old saying but true nonetheless: You cannot pour from an empty cup. Do not feel guilty for putting yourself and your feelings first. Taking care of yourself, your mind, your body, and your soul can help heal and prevent burnout.
3. Set healthy boundaries. Make sure you’re not over-indulging in stimulating media. Turn off the news, avoid horror movies and movies/shows with traumatic themes, and stick to mellow, calming books/shows/movies.
In conclusion, is completely normal to feel emotionally overburdened when you step into the “helping hand” roll of the empath. But if you continue to feel overly anxious, exhausted, and emotionally detached from those around you, please make sure to take a step back and heal yourself first.

I told you in my last post that this one was going to focus on feeling and healing your chakras, so that’s what I’m going to do! As I stated in my last blog post, a blocked chakra can cause both emotional and physical problems. The most effective way to tell if you have a chakra blocked and how to open it is by meditation. When you identify a blocked chakra, you need to work to open it, but you can also have problems when a chakra spins too fast.
During meditation, you don’t really have to worry about trying to slow down chakras that are spinning too fast, they are simply trying to compensate for the ones that are blocked. By healing the blocked chakras, the energy can flow properly and the fast ones will slow down on their own.
When meditating on the chakras, you need to make sure that you work with them all because they are such an intimately connected system. Each chakra needs several minutes of attention so make sure you give yourself plenty of time to complete your meditation.
To start, find a quiet, peaceful place where you will won’t be disturbed for the duration of your session. Sit on the floor with your legs crossed, back straight (but not rigid), and your hands resting on your knees. *Sometimes I sit on a folded blanket to make it more comfortable.
Next, close your eyes and bring your attention to your breath. You don’t need to change it in any way, just relaxed, focused breaths. Try and clear your mind as well, if you find your thoughts beginning to wander, just *gently* push those thoughts aside and return your focus to your breath.
Now you’ll want to bring focus to your root chakra. Visualize a glowing red energy spiraling around the chakra. If you have trouble with this, that typically means that the chakra is blocked. Visualize energy coming up from the earth and add it to the energy already in your chakra. This will help bring it into balance.
Repeat step 3 for each other chakra with their color association: Sacral (orange), Solar Plexus (yellow), Heart (green), Throat (blue), Third Eye (indigo), and Crown (purple). Give each chakra enough patient attention and focus until you can visualize and feel the free flowing energy throughout.
When you’ve finished all of the individual chakras, focus on the energy flowing through your entire system. Feel all of the chakras at once being fed by the energy. See the chakras and your aura becoming lighter and brighter
Finally, open your eyes and relax for a few moments, feeling both relaxed and energized, filled with that life-giving energy.

Hello my dears! I’m back with another post to help us all on our spiritual journeys!
Today’s post is about the Chakras. First off, what does ‘chakra’ mean? It is an old Sanskrit word that means ‘wheel’. The reason for this is the belief that our life force, or prana, constantly moves in a circular, spiraling pattern and it flows through seven centers in the body. These are your chakras.
Root Chakra: Muladhara
Color: Red
Location: Base of the spine, near the tailbone
Associations: Security, safety, basic needs (food, water, shelter, sleep etc.), support and foundation for living our lives, and being grounded
Balanced: When your root chakra is balanced, you will feel a sense of calm security when thinking about your place in the world. You will feel connected to this human experience we are all having.
Over-active: If your root chakra is over-active, you can be greedy or controlling of others, resisting change. You may also become materialistic and think that someone’s value is affected by things that they do or do not have.
Under-active: If this chakra is under-active, you may started to feel disconnected or distracted, anxious in your day to day life. This may not seem like a big deal, but it is extremely important to be connected and balanced in life.
Healing the Root Chakra: Since this chakra deals with being grounded, the easiest way to heal it is to reconnect with the Earth. Gardening, walking and appreciating nature, even just sitting under a tree is a good way to help bring these Earthly energies back into alignment. Wear red clothes, eat red foods and foods with lots of protein, and burn red candles, all of this will re-balance this chakra.
Sacral Chakra: Svadhishana
Color: Orange
Location: Just below the navel
Associations: Emotions, relationships, sexuality, sexual pleasure, creativity, fantasies
Balanced: Feelings flow freely, you are able to express yourself easily, you enjoy the pleasurable things in life without overdoing them, you have no problems with your sexuality and don’t shy away from intimacy, you feel a sense of wellness when you engage in sex, eat good food, or express yourself creatively.
Over-active: If the sacral chakra is over-active, you may become overly emotional, engage in drama and gossip, or are facing addiction. You may also become overly attached to people or even events that occur in your life.
Under-active: Signs of an under-active sacral chakra include being under-emotional, having a “poker face” in everyday situations, depression, decreased sex drive, lack of creativity, or just feeling lazy or sluggish.
Healing the Sacral Chakra: This chakra is associated with the element of water so sitting by the ocean, a lake, or river works wonders. Be creative and enjoy life! Draw, paint, make music, sing, eat some yummy food, and just take some time for yourself. Also, wear orange clothes, eat orange foods along with almonds, melons, strawberries, coconut, and water, and burn orange candles.
Solar Plexus Chakra: Manipura
Color: Yellow
Location: Above the navel, below the rib cage
Associations: Personal power, will power, self-esteem, self-discipline, confidence, mental abilities, identity
Balanced: You will have self-love and in turn, love for everyone in your life. You will be in control of your thoughts and emotions, know and accept your place in the universe, and will be assertive
Over-active: When the solar plexus chakra is over-active, you may easily find fault in others, being overly judgmental and critical. You may also feel the need to micro-manage, and have a lack of empathy.
Under-active: An under-active chakra will cause you to be mistrustful and doubtful of others, needy, insecure, and indecisive. You may also become “numb”, avoiding your feelings of depression and anxiety.
Healing the Chakra: Fire is the element associated with the solar plexus chakra so sit out in the sun, or in front of a campfire or fireplace to help bring alignment back to this area. Wear yellow, eat yellow foods, grains, pasta, dairy, and spices, also burn yellow candles.
Heart Chakra: Anahata
Color: Green
Location: Over the heart, up to the throat
Associations: Compassion, empathy, self-love, love for others, joy, happiness, forgiveness, acceptance, harmonious relationships
Balanced: When balanced, you will feel unconditional love for yourself and others, even when things seem bad, you’ll see the kindness and compassion in the world. You will be kind and understanding, joyous, outgoing, and at ease with where your life is headed.
Over-active: Symptoms of an over-active heart chakra include a fear of not being accepted by others so you are more likely than not a “people pleaser”. You may be in a one-sided relationship where you are giving more than you are receiving, putting the needs of others over your own. Physical symptoms can include a fast heart-rate, heartburn, and palpitations.
Under-active: With an under-active heart chakra, it can feel hard to get close to people, you may find it difficult to keep a positive outlook on life, or you may just feel out of touch with your body. You may also feel unloved, unworthy, and unappreciated.
Healing the Chakra: The element for this chakra is air so sitting outside in the breeze is beneficial. Also, since we’re surrounded by green in nature, just being outside feeling it in your heart will begin to bring things into balance.
Throat Chakra: Vishudda
Color: Blue
Location: Between the collarbones up to between the eyes
Associations: Expression, communication, realizing your purpose, honesty
Balanced: You will speak with love, kindness, and truth, and know which words are appropriate for every situation. You may be very good at giving advice to those close to you when they ask for it.
Over-active: Extremely opinionated, overly critical, verbally abusive, you might be told you “like to hear yourself talk”.
Under-active: Being shy, quiet, flaky, unreliable, are symptoms of an under-active throat chakra. You may also have a tough time being honest with yourself.
Healing the Chakra: Speak your truth! Even if no one is around to hear it, practice being honest with yourself. Sit outside under a beautiful blue sky, surround yourself with the color blue, wear blue clothes, burn blue candles, eat blue foods, fruits with a high water content, and anything good for your body, soups, stews, sauces, etc.
Third-Eye Chakra: Ajna
Color: Indigo
Location: Between the eyebrows to the top of the head
Balanced: You will experience higher states of consciousness, astral travel, out of body experiences, messages from your spirit guides, and you will be extremely intuitive, a great learner, and have a good memory.
Over-active: With an over-active third-eye, you may experience headaches in the forehead and temples, and you may become obsessed with tarot, paranormal experiences, and astrology, distracting yourself from living the human experience.
Under-active: Because we live in a world that invalidates intuitive development, most people have an under-active third-eye chakra. We tend to ignore our own psychic experiences and so do not understand the spiritual side of the world. You may also experience a lack of empathy, a lack of common sense, and a lack of intuition.
Healing the Chakra: Sit out in the sunshine and focus on the area of the third-eye chakra, you will feel the energy of the sun pulsing in this area. Also, eat foods high in Omega-3 fatty acids like nuts, and fish. Berries are also very good for the third-eye chakra as they contain antioxidants that improve cognitive thinking and reasoning.
Crown Chakra: Sahaswara
Color: Purple
Location: The top of your head extending infinitely upward and outward
Associations: Consciousness, communication with higher consciousness, ecstasy, bliss, wisdom
Balanced: You will be extremely wise and have great intuitive knowledge. You will also be selflessly devoted to all other beings because you will know that everything is connected.
Over-active: Having an over-active crown chakra is extremely rare because the very nature of it is infinite, you can’t be overcome with consciousness energy. However, it is possible that you won’t be able to control your encounters with other planes of existence.
Under-active: Having and under-active crown chakra simply means that you are human so you feel like a human. Coordination difficulties, clumsiness, poor balance, excessively afraid of dying, and difficulty grasping new concepts.
Healing the Chakra: The easiest way to open this chakra is to open and heal the other six. Meditating and attempting to connect to Spirit is also helpful. As far as nutrition goes, be sure to choose pure foods, fruits, vegetables, and lots of fresh water.
This is the basic information on the 7 chakras of the body. In the next post, I’ll go into how to tap into and feel your prana moving through your chakras and how can open your chakras to provide the right balance of energy to your body, mind, and spirit.

We’ve talked about vibrational frequencies, we’ve talked about energies, and we’ve talked about starseeds. Now, let’s talk about Empaths.
The term “empath” is used both in the field of psychology to describe a person that displays a great deal of empathy, sometimes to the point of taking on someone else’s emotional pain as their own, and also in the spiritual communities, as someone with psychic abilities that can feel and absorb other peoples emotions and energies. Sometimes, they can even feel someone’s physical pain as well. This is due to their highly sensitive nature.
Being an empath is a challenging thing, especially in today’s world. They are prone to panic attacks, depression, chronic pain and fatigue, drug and alcohol addictions, and other physical symptoms such as hair-loss, hives or other skin rashes, and any number of others that cannot otherwise be medically explained.
Things don’t have to remain so bad, however. There are a number of ways to balance and center oneself to combat the negative effects. First, let me share with you some traits of the empath to see if you can relate:
High Sensitivities: Empaths are often told that they are “too sensitive” or “overly emotional” because things affect them so thoroughly, which is both overwhelming and exhausting. Have you ever been speaking with a friend that is going through a rough time and you start to feel their pain as your own? Maybe you can pick up on slight changes in body language or the tone of someones voice that others cannot. Continued exposure to these feelings definitely weighs on the mind, body, AND soul. However, empaths can also absorb peace and love and absolutely flourish in these situations.
Have you ever been around someone, be it friend, family member, significant other, etc and your soul just felt completely at ease, or even light and bouncy? This is the type of energy empaths want to surround themselves with. You’ll be amazed at the change in yourself when you start to make these types of relationships a priority.
Introversion: This one plays along with the high-sensitivities but also deserves its own category. Empaths are often overwhelmed in crowds or even small groups of high-energy people so they prefer to avoid these types of situations. Even extroverted empaths sometimes have to limit the time they spend around a lot of people. Again, because empaths are so highly sensitive, they need time alone to rest and recharge their batteries, so to speak.
Maybe you have noticed yourself getting antsy and uncomfortable at a party where there is a little too much going on? TV on in the background, someone playing music, multiple conversations happening at the same time, while trying to focus on something like a card game? Been there, done that, and it’s not a good feeling.
Intuition and Understanding: Intuition is one of the most important traits of the empath. They can always tell how someone is feeling even if that person can’t quite put it into words.
Ever had a conversation with someone who is fumbling around trying to express what is going on in their head but they can’t quite get it out? Even as they’re trying their hardest to make you understand, you sit there and nod, knowing what they are trying to say without actually saying it?
Fear of Intimate Relationships: Since empaths can sense every minute change in mood, every minor irritation, and even every lie, relationships can be draining. Even the positive emotions can become too much and the empath will feel like they are being “taken over” by the other person. Living together presents its own problems as well. Since the other person’s energy is now permeating the empath’s living space, sometimes it feels like there in an intruder in their home. Some combat this by having a room that is their own private slice of sanctuary where they can have alone time and decompress from the constant toll on their senses.
Have you been in a relationship and you feel like you are losing your sense of self? That you are becoming more and more like the other person every day? Consider the sanctuary room mentioned above. Just take a break, read a book, meditate, draw, anything that YOU enjoy and see how you feel. Don’t lose yourself my dears.
Calming Presence: Creatures are naturally drawn to empaths and their calming, healing nature. Adults, children, pets, even stray animals, all feel that emotional connection when an empath is near. People typically turn to their most empathic friends for advice, or even just to chat even without knowing why they chose that person in particular. Empaths are particularly good listeners and will wait patiently for someone to say what they need to say before responding from the heart and not just the head.
Have you ever had someone come up to you randomly, like when you’re standing in line at a shop, or just out in a crowded area and they just pour out their life story or anything that may be bothering them at the time? They feel that empathic connection and just know that you can help them, even if it’s just by listening for awhile.
Vibes Matter: This is another one that overlaps with the “High Sensitivities” section but also deserves it’s own deeper look. Empaths are sensitive to the feelings or vibes of their surroundings. Sometimes this has a calming effect like libraries, museums, a beautiful park or garden, the beach, etc. Other times it goes toward the negative, such as a messy or disorganized home or room, bumper to bumper traffic, hospitals, anywhere there is excessive noise, smells, or sounds. Prolonged exposure to the negative vibes can have a serious impact on an empath, whereas prolonged exposure to the positive things can cause them to grow more than ever.
I can always tell when I need to take a break from the everyday hustle and bustle of things and just take time to relax. I love to be out in nature and just let it absorb all the gunk that has accumulated over time. Are you the same way?
Bottling Emotions: Because empaths know what it’s like to sometimes be bombarded with emotions and problems, they tend to keep their own bottled up. They don’t want to feel like they are bothering other people. This can be a serious problem because after awhile, the top blows off that bottle and everything comes spewing out, sometimes on the wrong people or at the wrong time.
Please, please, please, my lovelies, talk about things that bother you as they come up, don’t hold onto them and let them fester over time because things will just be worse for you in the long run.
Targeted by Energy Vampires: I know the term ‘energy vampire” sounds a little odd but they really are a thing. Narcissists are a type of energy or emotional vampire because they lack their own empathy and instead feed off of the empaths kind and loving energy while giving nothing in return. Drama queens and those that feed off gossip are another type of energy vampire. Basically anyone that tries to push your buttons or make you behave a certain way are vampires. They make you feel tired and drained, can instantly put you in a sour mood, or they put you down, and snap at you over insignificant things.
So, now you’ve read some of the main traits of the empaths and you’re thinking, “OK, this explains a lot about me, now how do I combat all the negative aspects?” Well let me tell you.
Ground yourself: Step out into nature everyday if you can, preferably barefoot, and let Mother Nature absorb all the negative energy buildup of the day.
Shield yourself: Visualize a bright, white bubble of energy all around you that will let in all the love, peace, and good vibes, while keeping out the negative.
Set Some Boundaries: Since empaths have a desire to help everyone, it is important to learn when to say “NO”. Too much time spent listening to stressful people, stressful situations, and the like will cause you to drain yourself emotionally.
Let It Go: Each night, think about how you felt throughout the day. Learn to discern between your feelings and feelings that came from someone else. Let go of anything that is not yours; their problems are not your burden to bear.
Do You: Take at least an hour or two every day to do something that brings you joy, comfort, and peace.
Practice Self-Compassion: Empaths find it easy to be compassionate towards others but not themselves. If you’re suffering, notice it, know that it is OK, and work towards changing it. DO NOT chastise yourself, you’re doing the best you can.
Salt Baths: Sea salt, Epsom salt, or regular old table salt if that’s what you have, is wonderful for removing built up negative energy. Toss some in a warm bath and soak for awhile.
Avoid Negative Media: Try not to watch the news if you can. Stay away from horror movies, anything gory, or that depicts violence of any kind.
I know this was a long post everyone, so if you made it this far: WOOO!!! GO YOU!!! To finish it off, I just want to say that if you are an empath or are lucky enough to have an empath, (or many!) in your life, just love them. Love them because they love you and unconditional love is one of the only things we have in this world during this human experience that can cut through all the bad shit and help us heal. Please understand that they have unique sensitivities and don’t make them feel bad about needing downtime or space. Empaths already feel so much bad stuff everyday, they deserve to feel loved by those that they are closest to.

Hello again everyone!! Sorry it has been so long since my last post, had some minor mishaps in my life. Back in March my appendix ruptured and I had to have emergency surgery and a stint in the hospital so I could be monitored and pumped full of antibiotics so I didn’t get sepsis. Not a fun time. Once I was able to go back to work there was so much to catch up on I didn’t have any free time. So now that things are quieting down, I finally have a chance to settle in and write again.
Here we are, FINALLY, my post about starseeds/star children/star people. I have been leading up to this one since the beginning. If you have felt out of place or just plain different all your life, keep reading, things my seem clearer after we’re done today. I know they were for me when I first found out that I am a Crystal.
I’m going to begin by saying that starseeds are people just like everyone else. They are not special, they aren’t more likely to become successful, be rich and famous, or even be healthier than anyone else, they simply experience the world a little bit different than others. There are also certain characteristics that they display that identifies them as such and I will list them out below. Another important thing to note is that star seeds are quite literally here to change the world. They see all life as sacred and worth protecting and so are trying to rebuild humanity as we know it into something kind, compassionate, honest and united.
There are three categories, if you will, of starseeds. They are Indigo, Crystal, and Rainbow. Although, there are some folks out there that are combinations of two, typically Indigo/Crystal or Crystal/Rainbow.
Indigo: The Indigo children are always the first wave. They started appearing in the 60’s and 70’s as the children of the “hippie generation”. (I’m sure there were starseed waves coming LOOOOONG before that but this is when they really started being acknowledged as something new and different and not just being considered “problem children”. ) These kids were allowed more freedom than children of previous generations so they were able to express themselves freely, to really let their personalities shine. They all have a distinct Indigo aura, hence their name.
Indigo children are extremely stubborn and strong willed and so have problems with authority. They are our fighters, protesters, and protectors. They will not tolerate unfairness, and are anti-everything: anti-war, anti-politics, anti-establishment, pro-feminism, and so forth. Indigos have come to break down old traditions and the old world order, basically just cause trouble and make everyone question what they’re doing to themselves, each other, and our planet.
Some Indigo Characteristics:
Stubbornness, Strong-will, Authority issues
Despite the above, need structure and boundaries as a child
Intuitive – sometimes bordering on psychic
Impatient
Creative – can typically find better, easier ways of doing things at school, work, or home
No fear of new things/the unknown
Can be insecure
Will often be diagnosed with behavioral issues (ADD, ADHD, etc)
Crystal: The next wave to come through was the Crystals; they started appearing in the 80’s through the 2000’s. They are our healers, and our teachers, they have come with the lessons that the Indigo children opened us up for: tolerance, peace, patience, compassion and gentleness. Crystal children are extremely pure little spirits and cannot tolerate sensory overload and because of this, and the fact that they sometimes don’t talk as soon as people think they should (in favor of other types of communication), they are often diagnosed as being on the Autism Spectrum.
Crystal children are often described as Old Souls, when you look into their eyes you just have this awareness that they know more than they let on. In fact, the eyes are one of the surefire ways to know if you have come into contact with a Crystal child. Their eyes are large, luminous, and have a very deep feel to them, sometimes they are odd colors. Mine in particular are a dark stormy gray but sometimes seem to shift towards either blue or green. When a Crystal looks at you, you almost feel as if they are looking INTO you instead. That’s because they are! Crystals have a sparkly, crystalline aura, usually pastel in color, pink for me!
Some Crystal Characteristics:
Intuitive – make decisions purely on instinct
Emphatic
Prefer solitude or the company of animals
Very uncomfortable in high-energy, crowded areas – easily overstimulated
Have a healing, calming presence – especially towards small children and animals
Prefer comfort over high-fashion
Compassion
Generosity
Often have allergies or other sensitivities
Only display affection to those they trust
Rainbow: Rainbow children (not to be confused with rainbow babies) are the last wave of starseeds. They are usually born to Crystals and are here to heal the damage from the past and implement the “new order” of humanity and prosperity. Rainbows have the highest vibration of the starseeds and are new souls that have never incarnated anywhere else yet seem to be spiritually evolved and mature. Their auras are every color imaginable, hence RAINBOWS.
Aside from the other starseeds, the Rainbows are going to have a tough time with the rest of society at this standpoint. They are not going to be able to come to terms with what the Rainbows are trying to achieve. It is the Rainbows that are trying to bring understanding regarding gender fluidity and non-binary folk, refusing to be labeled and boxed in, among other so-called “controversial” topics. There is already a lot of resistance to their actions and visions for our future.
Some Rainbow Characteristics:
Often in their own little world
Telepathic
Gender fluid/non-binary
Not bothered by peoples opinions of them
Large eyes – not unlike Crystals
Loving and generous
High Energy and enthusiastic
Love everyone
Angels on Earth
Starseeds are a gift to the planet and to know/raise one is both a blessing and a responsibility. If you have the chance, sit down and talk to them, but make sure you have an open and willing mind and an open heart. Don’t dismiss their thoughts and ideas, don’t call them silly or tell them they are being immature. They just see things differently than you do and are trying to do the best they can while hurtling through this Human Experience, as we all are. Learn what you can from them and help us all on our path to spiritual awakening.

Hello and bright blessings to you lovelies!! Today we are going to continue the lead up to a post regarding Starseeds.
Now that you have a basic understanding of personal energy vibrations (See previous post), we need to go a little bit deeper. Last post I said that our personal energy is the force that surrounds and permeates every single fiber of our being and that is true, however, if we go deeper still, you’ll see that EVERYTHING is energy. Everything around you from the chair you’re sitting on to the device you are reading this on is energy; their atoms vibrate and interact so intensely that they appear to be solid. Also, everything YOU are is energy. Every hair, every organ, every cell, even the components that make up those cells is energy! We are all made out of the same stuff, connected on an energetic level, which is why we’re so affected by other peoples actions and personal vibrational frequency.
We are all energetic beings/spirits/souls/whatever you want to call it, having a human experience. Each of us has lived multiple lives incarnated in a physical body in order to learn certain life lessons that can only be achieved through emotions and pain. Maybe this is the first time you’ve incarnated on Earth (like me) and everything just feels weird to you (that’s a whole post in itself so we’ll save the details for later). Maybe you’ve incarnated on Earth multiple times and everything has become old and boring. Know that you chose this path before incarnation.
Let me say that again: you chose this path before you incarnated on the planet. When you were existing in the cosmos/multiverse/spirit realm/etc, you saw where you were needed, you saw how you were needed, and you saw what you needed as a soul to move forward and create your own personal growth. There were also many soul contracts put into place at this time. The majority of people you come across in this life, parents, siblings, friends, co-workers, even everyday acquaintances are souls that you already know. You just have to remember.
There are also certain circumstances that were put in place when you incarnated in order for your soul to learn and grow. Did you incarnate into a dysfunctional family in order to clear your karma from a past life where you caused the dysfunction? Maybe you finally, after years of struggle, have found yourself in a loving, caring, supportive relationship? Your karmic wheel of this lifetime has been cleared and you are able to enjoy the relationship for what it is, a place of unconditional love. Use this experience and scatter some of that unconditional love out into the world.
Once you begin actively working on improving your energy and start your awakening process, you’ll notice that you are attracting soul mates, twin flames, even your soul family at a more rapid pace. You’re putting the energy out there to bring like-minded souls to you so you can all learn together and progress towards raising Earth’s vibration as a whole.
So before I start on another tangent and get entirely off topic, the point of this post is this: we are all existing as energy in the same energy field. Everyone you meet is exactly like you, just a soul having a human experience. Be kind and don’t be afraid to befriend someone just because you perceive them as different than you. There is so much to be learned in this lifetime and billions of people to learn from. You just have to be willing to make it happen.

Hello everyone! It’s been awhile since my last post due to the holidays but now I’m back and ready to share some more knowledge. I was going to make today’s post about Star Children/Adults or Starseeds but I realized that in order to do that you need some basic knowledge on personal vibrations.
So what are they, you ask? A personal vibrational frequency or vibration is YOUR personal energy, it surrounds and permeates every single fiber of our being and everyone’s is different. Even identical twins have different vibrations due to their individual experiences. Our vibration is a reflection of our daily choices, thoughts, feelings, beliefs, how you treat others, how you treat Mother Earth, and even how well you take care of yourself all affect it.
When you have a low vibration, your energy is dense and actually feels heavy so you physically feel sluggish and run-down. A partial list of things that would cause a very dense, low vibration would include poor diet, dehydration, poor health, addictions, greed, jealousy, anger, resentment, guilt, fear, and judgement.
On the flip side, proper diet and exercise, peace, unconditional love, acceptance, joy, and the like will raise your vibration. The higher your vibration, the more light you hold within, and in turn, the more light you can put out into the world and this leaves you with a bubbly, energetic feeling. Remember the law of attraction that I talked about in my first post: energy attracts like energy. If you have a high vibrational frequency, you’re more likely to attract not only positive people, but positive situations as well!

I’m sure you’ve noticed others vibrations without realizing that’s what you’re doing. Ever been around someone that is perpetually in a bad mood? They’re constantly being judgmental and bad-mouthing anyone that crosses their path? Low vibration. How about the person who seems to have all the good luck and is constantly energetic, optimistic, and happy? High vibration.
Now, if you’re wondering if you can work to actively raise your vibration to put all that light and love out into the world, you absolutely can!!! It’s actually fairly straight-forward and simple, you just have to put forth a little effort and stick to it!
Be aware of how you think. As I stated above, your thoughts will affect your vibration. If you are constantly in a negative thought space, your vibration will plummet. When you notice negative thoughts, simply acknowledge them and then flip them around to look at the positive. For example, I notice A LOT, especially on social media, that people are so excessively judgmental about other peoples appearances. So if you find yourself thinking something along the lines of “I can’t believe someone let them out of the house wearing that!” Stop, tell yourself that you’re being rude and it’s uncalled for and flip it to something like, “That’s a bold look, kudos to them for rocking it!” Positive, positive, positive!
Eat healthy food. I’m not going to sit here and spout stuff like “go vegan” or “only eat X food”, this isn’t a blog post for a diet fad. What you do need to do is eat consciously. Fresh food as often as possible, organic if you can find it. Pesticides and other chemicals will lower your vibration. Meat is ok, but make sure it is humanely raised, preferably without hormones and antibiotics. Processed foods like deli meats, hot dogs, canned fruits and vegetables (although these are better than not eating fruits and veggies at all), canned soups, or anything that comes pre-packaged will make you vibrate lower. Also, while you are eating, make it an experience. Pay attention to the smells and textures, how the food affects your mood like when you eat “comfort foods”, and above all, pay attention to how eating certain foods makes you feel physically.
DRINK WATER!!!! The human body is roughly 60% water (depending on age). You can’t expect it to function properly on any level if you don’t keep it properly hydrated!
Exercise. Vibration is movement! Throw on some happy music and dance your heart out. Maybe try some yoga. Go for a brisk walk around the block and take in all the sights, sounds, and smells of your town. Exercise releases endorphins and endorphins make you happy, what happens when you’re happy? You attract more happiness and positive energy!
Meditate. Just as we need a healthy body, we need a healthy mind and most of us go through life with constantly racing thoughts and more stress and anxiety than we know what to do with. This has a terribly negative impact on your vibration. To help combat the effects of such a hectic lifestyle, you only need 10 minutes a day. Just keep it simple: sit, breathe, try to calm your mind. If you have trouble, have a notepad handy and as all those pesky thoughts come up, write them down. You’ll find that once they come to the forefront and are acknowledged, they become easier to still during meditation.
Practice gratitude and appreciation. At some point during your day, take a minute and just stop. Notice and appreciate the beauty that is all around us. Maybe there is some dust dancing in the sunbeams coming through your office window, or there are some fluffy white clouds floating overhead. These may seem like trivial things, but that’s the point. There is beauty all around us all the time, if you take the time to appreciate and give thanks for even the little things, your life will be all the better. If you’re feeling ambitious, you can even keep a gratitude journal and every night before bed or first thing in the morning, write down a few things you are thankful for. You’ll notice your outlook on things change right away.
